Exhibit Material Inventories
- All exhibit material is documented in our computerized master inventory. From this list, individual project specific or show specific shipping manifests are generated to ensure all the proper exhibit material has been shipped and is in good repair. Upon arriving back from a show, the exhibit material is checked back into storage for missing components and damage. A full report is then forwarded to the client for direction.
Shipping and Transportation
- All shipping and routing destinations incorporate the best and most applicable carrier. Positive Productions has a complete working knowledge of the methods and operations used in most major carriers. We constantly monitor the shipping industry to offer the best possible pricing and service.
Material Warehousing
Materials are housed in our on and off site warehouses. At present we have about 80,000 square feet of warehouse space. Warehouse locations are marked in our computerized inventory.
